The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday agreed to expedite hearing cases challenging Texas' and Louisiana's bans on gay marriage. Early this year, a Texas federal judge ruled the ban was unconstitutional, but issued a stay pending the state's appeal.
