  1. You are trying to have it both ways. First you say marriage is not about the sexual relationship between adults. Then you say marriage is about the sexual love that leads to conception. I would hope it is not. When it comes to raising children, one does not need to have conceived them to have the same love for them and their welfare in marriage.

  2. This is so obviously slanted against gays and gay equality rights. The overwhelming majority of the MPs shown were against same-sex marriage. It looks like just a few token people in favour were thrown in.
    By the way, the "equality for all" provision of the Charter was deliberately left vague, to allow for interpretation and for it to evolve and respond to society and to emerging groups of people like gays and lesbians.
