  1. The only good HOASS is no HOASS; but BLM is a Marxist organization. How much did 9BLM pay Tay 'I flop for publicity' Anderson to appear in this video?

  2. Legally, I'm sure it will come down to her lease agreement no?

    Per your site;
    "Colorado state law says community associations cannot ban homeowners from displaying political or campaign signs between the 45 days leading up to an election and the seven days after. However, the law does allow associations to make rules for other kinds of signs."

    – Also this from a lawyer;

    “It’s definitely a free speech issue, without a doubt,” Witter said. “The problem is the First Amendment applies to the government, not to private landlords or private entities, so I think that’s the really big difference there.”

    Witter urges tenants to check their lease agreement.  If your lease includes restrictions or anything else in your window, then it’s likely enforceable.

    If not, Witter added, “Absent something in the lease, you probably have a right to do it.”

    I agree with Miss Helen – it sparks much needed conversation.
