The documentary Fyre, released earlier this year, exposed the Fyre Festival’s shocking mismanagement and eventual demise.

But one of the most viral moments from the documentary featured the likes of event producer of the music festival, Andy King.

In one scene, he discussed an alleged conversation between him and organizer Billy McFarland, who was charged and convicted of fraud.

McFarland allegedly asked King to ‘take one for the team’. He suggested his employee to perform oral sex on the head of customs to release 18-wheeler trucks filled with Evian water they couldn’t pay for.

‘He said, “Well, you’re our wonderful gay leader and we need you to go down, will you suck dick to fix this water problem?” And I said, “Billy, what?”

King then explained Billy allegedly asked him to suck the head of customs’ penis to ‘get him to clear all of the containers with water’ and ‘save’ the festival.

Despite being shocked by the request, he ‘went home, took a shower and drank some mouthwash’ in preparation for the now infamous blow job.

But it turned out he didn’t need to perform the act for customs to approve clearing the containers.

The internet then turned King into a viral meme. And now he’s back on social media.

What’s new?

Last night (24 July), King took to Twitter to share a photo of himself from his birthday party.

‘You may know me as the Blow Job King of the World from Fyre Festival but there’s a lot more to me that the world doesn’t know,’ he tweeted. [I] thought this would be a perfect picture for my second tweet ever.

He then added: ‘Here I am today, just before I blow out my birthday candles.’

King also used the hashtag ‘At Home With The King’.

King lists himself as a ‘Fyre Festival survivor’ on his Twitter account.
