Gay “Divorce Court” Couple Split Over Cardi B and Nicki Minaj Beef

And you thought the Nicki Minaj and Cardi B feud was ugly?

Don’te and D’Andrew Leaphart, who have been married for two years but separated for seven months, aired all their dirty laundry this week on Divorce Court.

Don’te brought D’Andrew on the syndicated court TV show seeking $1,250 for his half of damages incurred on their home. But what actually caused their separation?

“The Nicki Minaj and Cardi B beef,” D’Andrew told Judge Lynn Toler. “I’m serious about that.” He went on to explain that things “escalated” while they argued about “who started what” in the feud.

“It was silly,” said Don’te, admitting there were “underlying issues” before that. “He likes to blame it on that—it wasn’t ’cause of that,” Don’te continued, clarifying that their argument about the rappers was one of many moments D’Andrew was “disrespectful” and got all up in his face.

For the record, Don’te is Team Cardi and D’Andrew is Team Barbz. All day. Periodt.

The couple dragged another female artist’s name into their mess when Don’te shared that D’Andrew once vandalized his car and sung Jazmine Sullivan’s “Bust Your Windows.”

The Leapharts also made a recent appearance on Couples Court to deal with infidelity issues, but both men are reportedly working to strengthen their marriage.
