God Is Nico Tortorella as Ariana Grande on “Lip Sync Battle”

Prepare to have your ponytail snatched!

Nico Tortorella. Ariana Grande’s “God Is a Woman.” Lip Sync Battle.

The 30-year-old Younger star, who identifies as non-binary and sexually fluid, did the damn thing earlier this week on the Paramount Network competition, mopping Grande’s style while writhing around to her feminist hit with a gaggle of genderfucking backup dancers. Thank u, yas!

Tortorella, a former RuPaul’s Drag Race guest judge, was joined during the performance by Drag Race alums Mariah Balenciaga, Morgan McMichaels, Jessica Wild, and Ongina. He later thanked Drag Race on social media “for creating space.”

They went up against queer Younger and Transparent star Molly Bernard, who did Barbra Streisand’s “Don’t Rain on My Parade” while channeling Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Sure, why not? Tortorella’s second performance was a decidedly more butch take on “Where Is the Love?” by the Black Eyed Peas.

Tortorella, recently named Los Angeles’ first ambassador for LGBTQ Pride Month, wrote on Instagram that the Grande performance was “the ultimate public artistic healing expression of my journey through gender and its multitudes,” calling it “truly one of the most epic proud moments of my career thus far and just downright the most fun I’ve ever had.” He also declared that “God is non-binary.” Duh.
