What makes this photo special to you?
“This is a picture of my first Pride March in Colombia, from last year. This was a special moment for me because days before, someone told my parents that I was dating a girl. Existing at home wasn’t good, but in this moment, with all those people and my girlfriend, I felt accompanied, strong, funny and free. I was happy.
“To this day, things at home continue to be the same, and it is difficult to see my girlfriend – but I want everyone to know that they are not alone, and to continue fighting to find the same freedom, fun and company that I found during my first Pride.”
