  1. I've always been a democrat voter (whole ticket), but I remember listening to this entire interview, including the part when Terry asks Mrs. Clinton about her responsibility in the Benghazi tragic events, and I started to doubt myself about whether I should keep giving my vote to the Ass Party. I wonder if there were more people like me, opening our eyes to the real Hillary Clinton and her untrustworthy demagogue. Needless to say, it is painful to watch or in this case to listen to one of your hopeful leaders shame herself and not come about clean and transparent, painful indeed.

  2. Why can't she just say "yes I changed my mind" or "no I was actually all for it and said no for politics"????
Even if the answer was a lie it was simple question to answer. Hillary is fucking weird and can't converse with humans on even the most basic level. I think this explains why her speeches are so forced and unenthusiastic sounding. It's almost like someone inside her head is holding her at gun point telling her what to say and she has no actual thoughts of her own. Something's definitely wrong "upstairs" so to speak.

  3. It was gross the way Terry from the get-go so desperately tried to lead the witness into the lovely answer of 'you've always personally supported gay marriage but didn't feel like the country was ready for it'. Then Hillary was as despicable as she always is, and acts like the most left leaning outlet in America is some clickbaiting right wing trash the moment they 'criticize' her. Terry must have felt sick at the end of this. Clinton probably thought she crushed.

  4. Leave it to the calm and buttery voiced Terry Gross to she this woman's true colors. HAPPY as a calm that she is not the POTUS! Again, Thank you Terry.

  5. The Achilles heel of the Clintons seems to be that they do not comprehend how the internet works or perhaps that it even exists. Things stick around forever and you cannot say one thing one day and a different thing another. It all comes back, a la the Drudge Report and Monica Lewinsky. The single greatest contribution of technology to our society was keeping the Clintons at bay.

  6. Terry Gross used to be the epitome of poise exemplified in her interviews with Uta Hagen and Gene Simmons.  What a surprise to find her trying to kiss Clinton's butt here.  It's too bad the thin-skinned candidate was too thick to understand Gross was giving her an opportunity to frame the controversy on her own terms.  This interview destroyed both the interviewer and interviewee for me.

  7. Poor, poor Hillary. Terry Gross (aka Attack Dog) was hugely out of line by asking HRC for clarification
    .
BTW HRC, 30 percent of Americans (Pew) supported gay marriage in 1996. So please don't spin narratives to protect yourself at the expense of others. Listening to this now (2019), it comes across even more despicable today. I remembered hearing this in 2014 and was horrified. I am even more horrified today.

  8. Gross is just as at fault. Both are tip-toeing around in the typical faux sophisticate language, so it's easy to slip and slide around each other.

  9. The fact that this country chose to elect a downright buffoon instead of one of the brightest women in modern American politics is downright baffling to me, and we paid an incredibly high price for that mistake.

  10. ITS FUNNY WHEN SHE LOST THE ELECTION ALL THE MONEY DRIED UP GOING INTO THE CLINTON GROUP,!! LOL IF THAT DOESNT PROVE PAY FOR ACCESS NOTHING DOES!! SHE IS GROSS
