Janet Jackson Spills Some Iconic Tea on Her New Album and Tour

[ad_1]

Noted fave’s fave Janet Jackson sat down with an uncanceled Jimmy Fallon last night to discuss her new album and tour of the same name, Black Diamond. The legend previously announced that she’d be giving the gays everything they want on Instagram.

While on The Tonight Show, Ms. Jackson also shared some updates on her three-year-old son, Eissa Al Mana, who already seems to be following in the Jackson family’s musical footsteps [cue the opening chords of “I Want You Back”].

And the Rock Hall of Fame inductee dove into her vaunted back catalog to discuss how men catcalling her led to the 1986 classic “Nasty” and why she wore a key in her earring for all those years. Turns out it was the key to her animal cages, because she grew up with a veritable menagerie of pets including peacocks and giraffes—you know, like everyone does.

Well, at least we have something to look forward to in 2020—the return of a pop icon.
