  1. God has created everything in pairs each endowed with physical and psychological characteristics to complement and complete one another. The Quran (4:1) indicates that human beings have been created from one living entity (nafs), which represents the origin of both the male and the female. The human species though has included male and female since its existence. The "mating" or "spousing" of male and female sexes is original in human nature and out of this instinctive relationship the human race develops, continues and spreads.

  2. Why court in America prosecuted bishops harassers … and now it don't prosecute itself the same on same-sex marriage legislation, cohabitation, divorce, any legalization of adultery, it is shameful, and then they said was the victory of love: How wonderful, it is a ridiculous victory , not love,  or evangelical love but carnality, masons  said a rumor: that marriage kill the love, and the fact that marriage kill  carnality and growth of love between the spouses  to complete the life in Kingdom Because no  impure enter by the diversity of grace and response with

  3. These Supreme Court Judges don't have the authority to do this! These fuck head political pawns are the scum of the earth. I hope you fuckers read my comments, and I hope you die a horrible death!

  4. I hope the shame upon Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Roberts will help for them to see they made the wrong decision voting against it.

  5. This ruling invented a new Federal Constitutional right that never existed and knocked down voters and states rights to decide on very important issue. The way elites has mastered and forced things on people is to go to courts where hack judges insert their policy preferences on the nation under the facade of judicial review. Race, age, nationality and religion doesn't change the meaning and the purpose of marriage. It's a fallacy to keep mentioning the Loving SCOUTS ruling. Also the equal protection clause protect negative rights not positive rights (which requires other people to do something).

  6. Certainly a giant step forward for society. At the end of the day, under modern American law, really no argument in defence of a ssm ban, could stand. In my opinion,  as a law student, the court should have rather than depending on the route of the 14th amendment, and Due process arguments – which btw no sayers, is a bona fide defence- they should have just tried the case under heighted scrutiny, and the bans would obviously not be aiding a government interest. Honestly, those of you who say its not the courts responsibility, how dare you! Of course it is, they must serve justice and ensure liberty for all, how would you like if your right was subject to a popularity contest? – Emmy
