The internet erupted in laughter and ruthless mockery after President Trump bizarrely accused former Vice President Joe Biden of selling pillows and sheets to Ukraine.
“He was selling pillows and sheets,” Trump claimed during the third and final Presidential debate Thursday night. “I sold tank busters to Ukraine. There has been nobody tougher on Russia than Donald Trump.”
Twitter users pounced on Trump’s remarks, ruthlessly mocking his claim.
“The Vice President was accused – and this is a puzzler – of ‘selling pillows and sheets.’ We’re still trying to run that down.”
