From my experience, atheism claims that their is no god, which is a
claim… I’m agnostic, which truly makes no claims, other than “I’m not
sure.” I am leaning atheist, but since you can’t go and find “not god”
somewhere, there really is no disproving the existence of some life force.
Just my perspective.
LOL! Yeah, “god” “intelligently designed” humans so well we have deadly
allergies, birth defects, infant cancers, various fatal childhood
neurological disorders, autisms and various other critical design faults.

Quite true. We still find it amazing that religious zealots are so deranged
that they attack Atheists for simply not believing in Zeus, Apollo, the
Telletubbies, the Easter Bunny, Santa or “god.” It’s as if they want to be
proven wrong, or they’re just really mentally ill, or weak, or worse,
ignorant. They don’t understand that when you make a claim you have to
support it with reasonable facts. They want proof that unicorns don’t
exist, but they’re the ones stating that they do exist. Insane.
LOL! Exactly. And when it comes down to it, someone with an IQ higher than
hair has to ask “if it’s impossible that something came from nothing, who
‘intelligently designed’ this ‘god’ person out of thin air, and that
creature, etc?” The answer is always “it just is.” Destroying their entire
argument. But better yet, why don’t we forget about what we don’t know and
focus on reality. Maybe Universal Free Health Care would demonstrate high
moral standards and ethics?
Quite obviously what you say is true but the real funny thing is that Bush

The word “Atheist” was invented by theists to condescend to those who

@SoCalAries We agree with you, largely. The church came up with the term
Atheist, not Atheists. It was meant to Label Non-Believers as “bad people,”
since they didn’t go along with the church. The fact is, Atheist just means
you don’t believe in “god” without proof, at least in current usage. It
figures the church would create a name to demean non-believers. There is no
word that applies to people who don’t believe in Santa Claus. What would
you call them? we say …Sane.

When did science prove that the Earth revolves around the sun? It sounds
like you are confusing theoretical science with real science. The idea that
the Earth revolves around the sun is a theory which is rejected by ALL
observable evidence. Based on the observable evidence (i.e. real science)
the Earth is stationary and the sun revolves around the Earth. If you are
claiming that what we all observe daily is just an illusion, the burden of
proof is on you to prove your claim.
We don’t. We report the facts. religion makes a pretty heavy claim: “we
know every single thing.” Much like the cab driver telling you he knows how
to get to Tuscan Steak in Miami, but heads toward Hollywood. We think the
passenger ought to know they’re going the opposite direction. religion is
for Morons, obviously. And in 100 years, it will be known for what it is, a
myth. Do you believe in Santa, Zeus, Athena, how about the Telletubbies?
