  1. One thing at least you can credit the Republicans for and that is
consistency consistency consistency consistency they are hypocritical they
are ungodly they are untrustworthy they are superficial they are a lawless
reckless thoughtless inconsiderate two faced it to timing hypocritical many
of those traits are shared by many Democrats as well but to their credit
    they are consistent “

  2. Any corporation that makes money, isn’t helping anyone who is unwealthy.
The trickle down theory is complete BS. And when they strangle people to
the point where they are dependent on Government help, then they are “Weak”
and “Entitled.” I think at the very least, if anyone is “entitled” to
American tax money, its the American people. Not Billion Dollar
Corporations, who many a time don’t even pay taxes on top of the hundreds
of thousand of tax dollars that they rake in.

  3. Hey TYT, could you actually get some people from the national geological
association to weigh in on fracking? Because, y’know, I think you kind’ve
    have to.

  4. To you Tea Bagging Tea Party people out there. How does it feel to be
CONNED? Yes that is right you’ve been conned by the Right Wing
    CONservatives.

  5. Is there a blogger or twitterer, that follows the suit?
I want to know the evidences and arguments that are presented against
    fracking.

  6. I hope they destroy his property with the same techniques they are using to
    get themselves RICH!

  7. I think it’s possible to support fracking but not support it in your own
neighbourhood. I don’t see the hypocrisy here, there are plenty of parts of
the planet where fracking is fine and in the middle of nowhere. People seem
to forget that places like Canada and the US are fucking gigantic.

  8. This is just typical NIMBY at work here. We definitely need more schools,
prisons, power plants, cell phone towers, oil drills, and fracking
facilities…just Not In My Back Yard!!

In a way, I hope they lose their lawsuit. I hope this guy ends up right
next to a fracking facility, his water turns to poison, and his beautiful
(I’m assuming here) 18-acre home turns into an 18-acre plot of brown grass,
dead trees, and mutated wildlife. I’m hoping for a lot here, but if one of
these bastards gets a small taste of what normal people go through
everyday, then I’ll feel like there actually is justice out there.

  9. Can we just invest in solar and wind and hyrdro electric power
    arleady?????????????
and scientist are getting closer to creating unlimited energy also.

  10. please forget that the fracking helps give money to the unwealthy, hard
working people who live just beside me, i don’t like seeing the gas well
    next to my house

  11. i’d say just put a road trough their backyard and take the rest of their
land as well. Trow them out just as they did with so many people.

  12. A bunch of BULLSHIT, he is NOT suing to stop fracking, he is suing to stop
construction of a water tower that is HIGHER THAN THE ZONING ALLOWS FOR.
    More TYT ignorance and propaganda.

  13. Drive the value of his land down till he can’t sell it even if he wanted
    to.

  14. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s only suiting to stop it in the area he
lives in, he’s probably totally fine w/ the fracking continuing as long as
    it doesn’t poison him.

  15. I am actually not surprised at this. Honestly, I am surprised no one has
thought of trying to push the situation in this direction sooner. It would
be far more effective simply making it in CEO and investors having a stake
in the problem. So yeah, convince exxon mobil to frack by the CEOs house.
Though that exxon mobil decided to do it on its own is kinda funny in
    itself honestly.

  16. I wonder if he supports an oil pipeline across his property, since he also
    thinks they’re so great.

  17. Rex Tillerson was assured that nothing would be built above his tree line.
    That’s why he’s suing – rightly so.

  18. Until someone conclusively demonstrates that anything related to fracking
is poisoning the drinking water of anyone (i.e. isolates ONLY this action),
then I will support sanctions and heavier regulations aginst this activity.

Liberals fail to show any harmful effects that result from the activity and
thus they don’t have a leg to stand on in this debate.

  19. What a pile of BS! The guy’s a chairman/CEO so why doesn’t he just issue an
order to stop the fracking. That’s what CEOs do. Obviously there is more to
    the story

  20. I don’t know why anyone would be surprised by this. I’ve said before and
I’ll say it again, If it wasn’t for double standards these guys would have
    no standards at all.
