  1. I’m surprised the cop didn’t just kneel the firefighter down on the ground
    and execute him.
There are no laws in America.
There are only opinions with guns.
The police are trained to enslave the American people.
In America, when a cop tells you to do something, it is a COMPLY OR DIE
    situation.
    Cops are gangsters with badges.
I predicted the TSA wanting to arm themselves. Now, I’m predicting the
police will soon begin to slaughter anyone that resists their idiot will.
Cops are being trained by the US military, armed by the US military, and
soon to kill the US citizenry for the US military.
America is a fascist police state.
The new generation of police have room temperature I.Q.’s.
The new cop has zero empathy, or tolerance for the American people.
    Defiance equals death!
Your tax dollars at work. Working for the military-banker industrial
complex to make ever more profit by enslaving the American people. That’s
why the government has bought over a billion rounds of .40 caliber hollow
point bullets. those bullets are meant to slaughter the defiance of the
    American people.
Thousands of order following bitch boys to the rich boys will escalate
    state violence.
Bankers and child raping generals rule America. The US military police
state will continue to wipe it’s ass with the constitution.
    There are no laws!

  2. This is not the first time this has happened, there are videos on YouTube
of other exact same type of incidents.

Number one policy of all fire departments is when arriving at a scene of an
accident is to use the trucks as a blockade to protect the crash scene,
it’s victims and the firemen, this is a North America wide policy.

Cop should be fired but he won’t

  3. the firefighter seemed very cordial. I bet the onlookers were totally
confused & outraged, as they should have been.

  4. A California firefighter was recently placed in handcuffs for refusing to
move a fire truck from its parking place at the scene of an emergency.
Local firefighters and members of the California Highway Patrol responded
to a car accident in Chula Vista; firefighters parked their fire trucks in
a way to block oncoming traffic and protect those at the crash site. When
CHP officers reached the scene, they began ordering the firefighters to
move their trucks out of the traffic lanes or face arrest. Jacob Gregoire
refused and continued assisting crash victims when an officer placed him in
handcuffs and lead him to a police vehicle. RT’s Ameera David takes a look
at what officials call a “miscommunication” between the two emergency
    responder departments.

  5. Come on guys, give the guy a break – being a cop is an unbelievable
difficult and stressful job! Sometimes you gotta bust REAL heroes for
trying to save someone’s life, and you get all this negative feedback.

  6. Ridiculous. I know there are good officers, but I also can see that there
seems to be a culture in law enforcement where police believe that they are
the law, and not just enforcers of it.

  7. The only person who can officially give the order for blocking of an
interstate high way is the governor. The highway patrolman was just
following orders, but going a little over board. We had this problem here
until we quit helping the highway patrol with small matters. They were own
there own. It got back to our governor that we and all emergency personnel
have to protect the scene it’s people and especially the injured and the
SHP was not helping us but being the same as Cali’s SHP. So now on 1-95 we
can block off one lane and the SHP directs vehicles around the scene. But
they do politely ask for us not to stay too long. It’s just a matter of
talking and working things out with police. But when California was
mentioned sounds like all cops there are power hungry and want to show
their authority. We don’t have a bit of problem with our City Police
Department, they are great at helping us and we them.

  8. the cop should be kik out of the forces ,and no body in a matter of doing
his job(specialized interventions ) should be arrested on site ,if the
police cheif accepts this action ,whats next ,choosing who needs to be
    saved and safe .REALLY

  9. Fucking pigs are out of control. Only a sociopath pig would take an
accident on a freeway as an opportunity to whip his tiny little dick
    around.

The only good pig is a dead pig. They’re all a bunch of jack-booted thugs
and the biggest organized crime syndicate in the world. I laugh every time
one of them is killed in the line of duty.

  10. cops are more interested in their authority than anything else. the number
of times i’ve seen cops badly inappropriately parked is staggering.

  11. Oppressive assholes. I have no use for the Highway Patrol. Our constitution
mentions only one law enforcement agency that is legal. The Sheriffs
department. Others can kiss my ass.

  12. Um, firefighters can park their trucks WHEREVER THEY FUCKING PLEASE when
responding to an emergency. It’s the law. Dumbshit cop forgot the law and
I doubt his coworkers will ever let him live it down.

  13. I’m tired of these out-of-control firefighters parking their damn trucks
    wherever they please.

  14. That cop must have an extremely low I.Q. or he must have been raised in an
environment of uneducated country white trash bumpkins.

  15. It’s really sad that an event like this happened. Two people with two
different guidelines to their respective jobs. At some point, common sense
must prevail to be able to escape the boxed thinking that one or both were
obviously enclosed in. These two departments to have to work together. I
hope they find a resolve for this issue before another unfortunate incident
occurs again. Both agencies need to promote their employees thinking as
individuals, and not see every situation as black and white.

With that said, it could have been as simple as two men involved in a
    urinating contest.

Fireman: I’m not moving *____*! I’m helping a *______accident victim,
    ________*!

Cop: Oh, yeah?!!! Well I’m taking your *______* to jail, *_________*!

Who knows but the ones on-scene and the Lord above.

  16. fuckin cops are out of control all over the country. whos the swat
team/cop/ columnist for swat magazine who shot 7times and killed a teenage
boy with a translucent plastic airsoft gun? who returned back on duty
almost emediatly and later wrote in his column, “smtimes ya just have to
turn on your mean gene” and other statements like “today may be the day you
have to kill smone if want to go home alive” this guy is clearly a
psycopath, and has no business wearing a badge, and there is a lot of this
going on. people..we need to do some thing about this shit before it goes
    any further.

  17. Firefighters have an obligation to scene safety. Protecting the crew is the
number one priority upon arrival at a vehicle accident. This priority
dictates the position of the Engine. Because the CHP works regularly with
fire personnel their officers’ should know this priority and should also
know that a request to move a fire engine needs to involve the fire
captain. The CHP officer needs to make his request directly to the fire
captain (the red helmet tells who is the captain), or expect that a random
firefighter is going to inform his captain before moving the engine. I
think in this case, the CHP officer was a legend in his own mind!

  18. THATS Just Wrong He wanted to help Victums and The Police comes up and says
your arrested man Polices these days

  19. And who is guilty here? Policeman or that firefighter who thinks he is the
most important person there and he can block the road with his big, red,
    shiny firetruck?
USA is all about power. Everybody wants to show what kind of a big shot he
    is, who is the boss…

  20. If the cop’s first priority is other than helping those in need, and in
this arresting the people actually fucking helping and doing shit, then
they do not deserve power that comes with the badge. With power comes
responsibility, and that douche cop has no sense duty to the people he
    ‘protects & serves’.

  21. There’s a camera on the cop too. This isn’t even about how incredibly
stupid the cop is being to the firefighter. I’m more dumbfounded at how
this cop thought what he was doing was cool especially right in front of a
camera. I mean…how absolutely fucking retarded are you?

  22. Police state!
Cops think they are untouchable. Well in my city a RCMP officer of 25 yes
was fired, charged for stealing oxycontin morphine and dilaudid from their
evidence locker. 300 pills in all. His excuse to the judge was the gun belt
    hurt his back!!!!!!!
Now 6 drug busts have to be acquitted.

  23. A fireman arrested by a cop over where a fire truck was parked at a crash
scene? Talk about public safety gone awry.
