26 Comments on “Cruz: Gay Rights Lead to Hate Speech Laws, US on Brink of Collapse”

  1. How full of shit he is. Countries that are forward thinking have some very
content people. America has allowed these faux Christians to have too much
influence. Cruz is a charlatan and a huckster. They surely have prospered
by aligning themselves with the fringe elements.

  2. WATCH: In an interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network, Sen. Ted
Cruz (R-TX) stoked religious fears that gay rights will soon lead to new
hate speech laws and will force pastors to perform same-sex nuptials.

  3. Cruz is full of shit. We’ve had marriage equality in Canada for more than a
decade and none of these “slippery slope” arguments he’s making have come
    true.

  4. How can this class A D-bag use a term like oasis of liberty when he is
    talking about limiting equality?

  5. Still waiting for that evidence of Greg Laurie being made to perform gay
marriages against his will. You’re a bad Christian for lying and knowing
    about it.

  6. I would like them to answer a question: What about the churches that will
marry gay people? Isn’t this an attack on their freedom of speech?

  7. Never was on any. So you have no reason to say that. Or are you talking to
    Ted Cruz and/or David Brody

  8. It’s so absurd to think that only 12 years, TWELVE FUCKIN YEARS after 9/11,
we’re already on the train towards collapse. This is insanely ridiculous.
I’m bout to beat some ass soon, if this continues.

  9. Ted Cruz is literally LYING through his teeth. Religious leaders have NEVER
been charged with hate speech laws for preaching in a church. I suppose if
people like him lie enough times, religious ‘sheeple’ will believe his
    bullshit.

  10. I’m embarrassed for my state for allowing this religious reactionary to
come to office and it should be hate speech.

  11. i dont listen to republicans, mexicans, canadiens or freshmnen senators, so
ted can go eat a dick

  12. Just because the Bible says homosexuality is wrong, doesn’t mean it’s
wrong. The Bible says slavery is okay, does that make it okay? Hmmm
    Christian lying fucktard asswipes?

  13. Why would somebody pretend to be gay? Men are either attracted to women or
men or both. Nobody would have sex with men unless they were attracted to
them. You just have hate for something because you don’t understand it. If
you want to understand homosexuality, listen to gay men. Don’t just make
    wild guesses.

  14. this insane lying hateful asshole should be taken as seriously as “Unicorn
    Farms”

  15. I’ll grant that Ted Cruz is very intelligent. So he knows what he’s doing
when he stokes his supporters’ homophobia with incendiary and completely
incorrect rhetoric. And that’s what makes it so heinously wrong. He could
tell his supporters the truth. That Marriage Equality won’t affect people
negatively. But that won’t help him politically in the Republican Party.
And he is politically ambitious. So much so that he’ll be willing to do
anything to get ahead in the Republican party.

  16. Does that mean that Ted Cruz would support any rabbi teaching that the New
Testament is heresy against god, or is he going to be a hypocrite, in which
case, he better repent since Jesus used hypocrite as an insult and a sign
of going to hell. But people worried about the future of the country? Is it
because of a lack of spirituality, or some other situation? And to what
places has he gone to discover this “idea?”

  17. yet another liar for jesus. another right-wing sociopath. it’s too bad we
have a few of them on the supreme court, too.

  18. Just last month radical homosexual activists forced Pastor Dr. Greg Laurie
against his will to perform numerous homosexual marriage ceremonies, and
threatened him with discrimination charges if he did not oblige!

  19. This is ridiculous. I am so disappointed in my country. Proud of the U.K.
    though, congrats.
