Where is UNITED NATION? this man did a perfect job , and so many like him,
I believe if any one like to help , need to registered with UN for security
reason and have pass to travel just to do the job for them, let them have a
seat.
What a blessing for Uganda to have some one like Dr. Ian Clarke.
