  1. 9 We also know that law[a] is made not for the righteous but for
    lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious;
for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, 10 for
adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and for
whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine—-
    1Timoty

  2. According to the Bible- Judging, spreading lies about a minority,
hate-mongering, teaching kids to hate, casting out people outside the
mainstream, advocating gay-genocide, advocating n supporting bullying are
DAMNABLE SINS CONDEMNED BY CHRIST. I m yet to find a Verse that condemn gay
marriage or gay love. (FYI: inhospitality- Genesis 19:1-5, Shrine temple
sex- Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, Homosexual temple orgies Romans 1:26-27 n
pedophilia Corinthians are NOT GAY MARRIAGE) Yes! I M A CHRISTIAN!

  3. Did they teach you about heterosexual love in School? They didn’t in mine
so why would they suddenly start teaching us about homosexual love? I’m
pretty sure they’ll just continue to focus on History, Maths, Geography,
    and the Sciences.

  4. you don’t need to know someone who is gay or in pain to be understanding or
nice to the issue. we should all be understanding despite not knowing what
pain is or what the other person is going through. don’t give a reason for
prejudice. use all reasons against it

  5. How do you teach something that you are born as? You can’t teach gay people
to be straight any more than you can teach straight people to be gay.

  6. Was your abnormal psychology class taught in 1955? Because I’m pretty sure
Psychology text books no longer include homosexuality as abnormal behaviour
    – we’ve advanced beyond that Victorian view of the world and you should too.

  7. Are you sure you haven`t caught it yourself? You are showing all the
    symptoms.

  8. Also, how does acknowledging gay rights and accepting homosexuality mean
that the rest of the population will turn gay? It’s an argument I cannot
imagine any sound, logical mind can make. Majority of the population is
straight, do you see that turning gay people straight? I don’t think so.

  9. Many people gay and straight will not like this. I sat down and did the
math. There is only about 2/10 acre of arable land per person in the World.
That means that all the food for 1 person comes from a 21 ft by 209 ft
strip of land. The truth is plain and simple. Nature will always try to
balance itself and attain some semblance of equilibrium. In nature
homosexuals do not reproduce. Gay couples are necessary to restore balance
Mother Earth. “Go forth and multiply” didn’t work.

  10. The US should legalise gay marriage for the sake of the economy if they
can’t see their way to do it for the right reasons. Think of the extra
bookings for wedding halls, cakes, wedding outfits, catering…

  11. Marie my mistake. John 8 talks about casting the stones. See all Christians
are human beings meaning we make mistakes we just rely on Christ to help
correct us and provide insurance for our souls. God bless

  12. It’s uncommon, but it’s not abnormal; straight people have HIV as well; our
planet is overpopulated as it is. If anything, we need to slow down on
reproduction. And even if everyone on earth were homosexual, we could still
reproduce. Ever heard of a sperm bank? Lesbian couples have children that
way all the time. Stop being so stupid.

  13. I don’t understand why some people think that being gay is something that
is a choice. Who would WANT to be seen and treated as inferior because they
do not identify as heterosexual? Who would WANT to be bullied because of
their sexuality? Who would WANT for their loving relationship to be seen as
inferior to a straight couple’s relationship? Who would WANT to be beaten
and possibly killed because they are gay? Who would WANT to be denied equal
    rights? No one, that’s who.

  14. Thank you for pointing out his hypocrisy. When ever people want to use the
bible to judge, you can always find hypocrisy.

  15. I am strongly in favor of legalizing gay marriage, but it must be legalized
for its’ own sake. The economic argument could backfire (…what if it is
actually worse for the economy?). As far as extra bookings are concerned –
that is called the broken window fallacy. Money not spent on flowers and
wedding cakes is spent elsewhere. Bastiat called this the problem of “seen
    vs. unseen” spending.

  16. Be Christian! That ‘s fine, just don’t ask our government to mAndate that
all follow your personal views in the name of ” morality” totally
    subjective!

  17. the fact that something is abnormal does not make it immoral or wrong. it
just makes it different from the norm. stay in school buddy.

  18. I am not okay with gay marriage. People can call me homophobic for this,
but I don’t think it is what nature intended. We live in an imperfect world
and accidents do happen some people are born without limbs, with mental
illnesses, illnesses in general, and homosexual. People say (you can’t help
who you love), but I think if nature or god (if you believe in him)
intended for the same gender to like each other then why can’t they
genetically share children and why are they sexually limited?

  19. did nature or god intend for god intend for people to be born w/out limbs
etc too? & even if it/him/her did, who really cares? p.s. if “god” intended
people to be born straight, they wouldn’t be born gay.

  20. The instution of marriage as we know it (as said by Oprah) has already
fallen apart. Look how many divorces and murders we have if you don’t
believe it, watch Investigation Discovery channel. I have yet to a gay
    couple who killed their spouse.

  21. marie did you know Jesus said dont judge on mere appearance but he
commanded us to judge righteously. We have all sown seeds of sin andi’m here
to share the fact that Jesus chose to reap death for the sins we
committed.I was a rebel and still struggle with a rebellious heart as you
do. The same scripture that you quoted about casting stones is John 6.
Jesus also said to the adulterous woman go and sin no more. Was that
hateful to say Marie. Grace and peace is waiting for you today.

  22. The only dis ease gay people overall currently suffer from is your kinds
    fear and total ignorance!

  23. I love the way when I initially saw the priest on screen I was like “OMG
another homophobe” but then he turns around and he’s like ” I LOVE THE
    GAYS!”

  24. You don’t have to know somebody gay to accept this issue. Or somebody from
another religion or race. People should learn their children at home that
everybody is the same and everything would be just fine.

  25. Mark Nepo is wrong. Gun violence and murder rates are down, demagoguery is
up. Gay marriage and equality is an exercise in liberty. His argument is
that suffering has manifested itself as increased freedom in some areas,
and increased government control in others? Elizabeth Lesser: anecdotal
argumentum ad passiones Rev. Ed Bacon: His story just sounds fake.
Judeo-christian tradition is explicitly anti-homosexual. “Tolerance” in
church is a struggle to stay relevant in a post-Christian world.

  26. If you want to go around saying homosexuality is a disease, then you need
to look at the facts because they’re not on your side. It was denounced as
a disease/disorder decades ago after tests were carried out. Thank goodness
the world is becoming more tolerant to people who are gay.

  27. No you absolutely do not, but it does make the issue hit home for people a
little more than not knowing anyone. One of the hardest things for people
to do is to related to a tough subject without some sort of context to
weigh it against. Just my 2 cents 🙂

  28. “We have a lot more work to do in our common struggle against bigotry and
discrimination. I say ‘common struggle’ because I believe very strongly
that all forms of bigotry and discrimination are equally wrong and should
be opposed by right-thinking Americans everywhere. Freedom from
discrimination based on sexual orientation is surely a fundamental human
right in any great democracy, as much as freedom from racial, religious,
gender or ethnic discrimination.” Julian Bond Civil Rights Leader

  29. p.s. nothing you said in your comment demonstrates that gay marriage is not
“ok”, or any valid reason as to why you consider it as such.
