She looks to have pointed ears. George has a lot of great ideas
Love the interview, but my OCD is going insane looking at his shirt, and
the pocket on his left is not matching up. arrrrrrrr lol
01:00 That’s Captain Sulu of the Excelsior, rookie!
It’s ok to be Takei. I’m not Takei but many of my partners were.
I loved every minute of this video.
This has to be one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen and boy, it had
everything: sadness, laughter, thought provocation, …
This is magnificent.
All I can think about is how great that cold water on the table looks. Oh
my.
Oh my…
Fantastic interview. I had noidea that so many sons were lost in the second
word war and is never mentioned here in the uk.
I am part of the LGBT community and would love to see your guest in person
and thank Mr Takei in person for all the good work he has done.
Please, stop interrupting him.
She looks like a female version of Stephen King.
Weiner :v
he brings new meaning to the words “to boldly go where no man has gone
before”.
this bitchez voice….wtf…
must be spelled WHINER
Great interview!
Really interesting
this woman’s voice is annoying as fuck
that was awesome! thanx george
I kind of wish the interviewer would just let him speak.
Thank you. That is indeed the term. Many thanks for watching! Hope you’re a
regular subscriber. You are exactly the intelligent kind of viewer we like!
I love George Takei about as much as a heterosexual guy can possibly love
another dude. He is such a genuine, pure, truthful person and just an all
around beautiful soul and mind. Thanks for this great interview.
Stop interrupting him at emotional or thought provoking moments for the
love of god!
I know… she cuts him off at 6:52 when he’s spent a minute narrating an
experience that defined his life then cuts him off right at the climax….
stupid interviewer.
I think it was really educational to me as well. There is so little taught
in school about this subject. George is really living history on this
one….Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the wonderful comment. . .and compliment.
Unfortunately, she’s destroyed George’s interview. This is interesting
subject matter and this yenta is so extremely OBNOXIOUS!
George’s passion for, knowledge about, and experience with the Japanese
American internment is invaluable and completely heartrending. Thank you so
much for this interview.
Wow, they went all out with the set!
you’ve got quite a way with words
Also: it’s antidote which is a cure, not anecdote. That got on my nerves
when she said that.
this interviewer was bad in the beginning it’s true. but i think she’s
great now
Thank you for watching!
All those poppers
worst interviewer i’ve ever seen…
I wish you talked less so I could hear his story more contiguous. I
understand you need to keep things moving but there were emotional points
that were made which were interrupted more than once and sometimes to a
losing effect.
Just let the man speak.
I enjoy Media Mayhem but the segments are always better and more lively
when Producer Nick (what’s his last name anyway) is more involved. He has a
great sense of humor; he doesn’t step on the guest’s answers; I like his
questions AND he’s hot. How about some younger guests…..musicians?
This is a wonderful video, jsut wish the interviewr didnt interrupt George
sometimes
love george!
around 0:44, george talked about the very moving memory with his father,
and the interviewer interrupted her several times, obviously not getting
the depth of the meaning of the scene george was describing. she is so
irritating! furthermore, she interrupted him with the most stupid comment,
(0:47) and onwards, speaking her mind about the whole thing, etc…
She’s not a very good interviewer. this isn’t a conversation. A guest like
George gives great answers. Quit interrupting him just as they get good,
because YOU (the interviewer, the utensil used to get answers) wanted to
interject your own comments.
Takei is great but this interviewer is rubbish.
