  17. i meant that civil unions are not recognized by the federal US government
    so its up to each state to recognize civil unions, i found 10 or 11 states
    where civil unions are legaly recognized (again, corect me ifim wrong, ill
    be glad to retract my coment) so if a couple have their civil union
    recognized in one state and moves to another where its not recognized they
    dont have the benefits right? and since the benefits change from state to
    state those benefits will also change,am i correct?
