Thanks so much for this hope in maintaining Christian love in the face of
persecution. It is heartbreaking that so many folks are getting caught up
in unhealthy choices and sexual practices. Showing love as Christ would
have us do is certainly a challenge but well worth the effort to open the
door to His love for these who are struggling with finding love and
acceptance. The example you gave was inspiring.
He will take care of it all.
I don’t know if anyone should be quoting chuck colson.
How should Christians respond? Simple: don’t worry about gay marriage. It
doesn’t matter. If your god doesn’t like gay marriage, then he ought to
take care of it.
How right you are.
1 Timothy 1:6-11
If Christians start with the false premise that people gaining the freedom
to marry means hostility to Christians you’re going to end up with a bad
conclusion.
the answer to this question: go to school and actually learn something,
also understand the difference between fiction and reality. be more open
minded and listen more to other people, stop being a control freak.
Actually its not that at all. The history of this debate in the US is very
weird. Gay activists in the 1980’s made some very publicized statements
about how they were going to come after the church and destroy it if they
won. They declared a zero sum game.
Ah yes, Christians are being persecuted by not allowing them to have laws
that inhibit other’s freedoms. ……Wow, now that I actually typed that
out, it sounds sickening. You know I bet slave owners felt persecuted when
a law was made that they couldn’t have slaves.
And the memory of this has been inflamed by yearly attempts to declare the
bible hate literature. They gay rights crowd in the states has long
declared that winning their “rights “won’t be the end of it. Here in Canada
we had our debate voted and that was it. Much better. We don’t insult
them,and they don’t bother us.
They should mind their own fucking business, And that isn’t the state or
federal law
There wouldn’t be any hostility if you CUNTS would stop trying to force
your fucking religion on everyone else
