  1. Three awesome things “coming out” in March. The cases for DOMA and PROP
8… and the film “Oz: The Great and Powerful”!!!! March is looking so good.

  2. I’m starting to think that TX, where I live, will have to be forced to
legalize it before it will happen here. 🙁

  3. My worry is that SCOTUS is conflicted or at worst against marriage equality
especially with Scalia. The clear choice is to uphold prop 8. The fact that
they decided to not agree with the lower court and take on the case hints
maybe we wont win with their mindset. People argue that they did it so it
would be their legacy the judges who made marriage equality a reality. If
this was true then they would have just agreed with the lower court on 8.
Hoping for the best preparing for the worst.

  4. Public opinion in america is shifting fast. No wonder so many states rushed
to pass constitutional amendments banning gay marriage whilst they still
    had the numbers.
