1. Look at it this way: instead of saying “We hate you and want to make sure
   your partner and you suffer both in this world and the next”, the new Pope
   is just saying, “We are not terribly fond of you, and don’t think you
   should experience love in your life, and you will probably suffer in the
   next life.” Is there truly a big difference between these two attitudes?
   Really? Gays are so used to being kicked in the teeth that when they get
   punched in the mouth instead, they consider it a comfort.
