  1. I have listen to this guys interview with Aljazeera he is not convincing he
    lies and lies

  2. I leave in Uganda, and parties are being thrown now that the bill is
signed. This won’t increase Museveni’s ratings much, but it sure makes him
the man of the moment here. Homosexuality is widely hated here because of
its promotion in our schools. Gay guys brought this on themselves by
recruiting in schools. Now the whole country, that once ignored them wants
them thrown in jails. and Obama’s threats haven’t made that easier…

  3. Mr Museveni, if the crime in Africa is “exhibitionism” as you put it, then
these people who are bringing homosexuality into the public domain in
Uganda first and foremost are the anti-homosexual brigade. For example,
Pastor Martin Ssempa is well known for having held an open conference on
homosexuality and screening gay pornographic movies of an extreme nature
(of acts that even most gay men are not interested in doing) to a shocked
public. Also, Ugandan tabloid gutter press such as Rolling Stone and Red
Pepper are well known for having rabid anti-gay headlines and conducting
witch hunts in which they accuse people of being homosexual in order to
    ruin their name and reputation.
It is true that African culture is discreet with regards to personal
relations, but if this is so, why make it an offense to be a homosexual in
a private relationship? Why would someone who advocates human rights for
gay people, or waves a rainbow flag in solidarity with a worldwide movement
be prosecuted and he has done nothing obscene or sexual in public, and yet
these pastors or journalists who preach and publish about homosexuality and
homosexual acts often in the most graphic terms to a public who are not
accustomed to that – why would they not be prosecuted?
It is a good thing that you threw the bill out Mr Museveni unlike the
weaker Goodluck Jonathan in Nigeria, but if Africa wishes to preserve the
culture of discretion and does not wish to expose children to sexuality
before maturity, it is those who preach rabidly and obscenely against
homosexuality, they are the ones who are breaking cultural laws and taboos,
not the gay man or woman who lives their private life privately.

  4. Exactly. European colonization celebrated sexual ‘diversity’ in its upper
ranks (along with many other things), but in any of the lower classes and
colonies, ignorance spread like a plague.

  5. Uganda is going backwards. I feel very sad for the gay people that have to
live in this horrible, unjust environment.

  6. other Ugandans just need education and they will tolerate Gays , ; they do
not see Gays in the open or they have them in their families but choose to
    ignore them

  7. There is little African written history that survived the European
colonization of Africa. What little survived showed most of Africa revered
its gay people, in the same way Native Americans did. It was European
colonization that brought Christianity, and the outlawing of homosexuality.

  8. David Kato’s murder was investigated by the Ugandan police and it appears
to have been a crime of passion. The chap that was found guilty confessed
to the crime and claims that he did not intend to kill David but attacked
him because David had agreed to pay him for sexual favours but did not pay
up. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

  9. Screw you people . Did she just say the western world? But we are NOT the
or part of the Wstern World. Only when it comes to this trash you want to
count us as part of western world.

  10. No way back in Uganda! Even if it’s a very beautiful country, you already
get a feeling of hostility at the arrival from their authorities.

  11. I like the way Amanpour goes after his vague remarks. “He was killed for
other reasons.” CNN still has some good journalism. Well done.

  12. We gays are in Uganda and remember us MRBBJC ..life aint easy but we face
each day with courage knowing that someday the sun will shine again because
we are human beings..Uganda is not horrible the REligious bodies are the
ones bringing horror on Gays ..

  13. He is right about Africans being discrete, but something is fishy about
    this leader

  15. 1:35 “death penalty has been removed”. That was the rumour, but when the
bill was re-introduced in February, it was complete WITH the original death
penalty, and that’s the way it still was on April 6 when PBS did a story
about it. You can read clause-by-clause at boxturtlebulletin. In fact, that
version of the bill (which may be the current version) can see you dead
just for having a gay brother, and not reporting him to the police.

  16. Africans are discrete people? That’s news to me. Maybe they do things
different in Uganda, since I’ve never met a Ugandan, but of all the words I
can think of to describe Nigerians and other Africans I’ve
known…”discrete” is not one of them. In any case, this guy strikes me as
a huge douche. And a liar.

  17. gay people themselves are polluted environment FOOOOOL DİD UR FATHER FUCK
    UR UNCLE

  18. Pastor Scott Lively should be held accountable for his actions in this. He
should be locked in a room full of angry gay Uganda men & women who have
been harassed, jailed or beaten for the “message” he spread in their
    country.

  19. Lmao!! The vices on the Western man’s mind is astounding. The people have
made up their mind and its no to gays whether foreign or domestic. For
those of you in the West who hope that Western aid can be used to coerce
them into changing laws; you are wasting your time. Western aid is/has been
a bribe for African govts since independence to allow Western
multinationals & corporations to freely operate and exploit their land for
resources. The African masses never sees a fraction of that money.

  20. Thanks Kaweesa. It is very un natural for a man to mount another man mbu
for sex. We shall discriminate against them until Jesus Christ comes back
and burn them in hell for ever and ever unless they repent.

  21. mmm damN! i see alot of filthy comments her for mr Musevain.i guess yall
aint Homo’s the guy has made it crystal clear.no butt bangers in Uganda.so
yall gonna hate him for that? some call him snake, fool bull face.if you
think you got it right because you suck dicks?mmm ididnt think so!

  22. The western world doesn’t have to agree with Museveni, he doesn’t have to
    please them, Yes ssebo.

  23. What a pathetic man. You do not even need to deeply analyze his words to
see how backwards and psychotic he is. Gay people exist everywhere
regardless of culture, and no matter how much you try to deny them, they
are never going to go away – decades of executions are further evidence.

  24. They deserve more than prosecution, like being burnt into a pitch of hello
because even God himself punished them aggressively, we have to
discriminate & oppress them, just like God did to them. to hello to every
body behind this nature of practices,

  25. Long live our President for your firm stance against this abominable stupid
act by infamous gays. God hates it and Uganda is more than 80% Christian
founded. This, however, does not necessarily mean being Christ-like . To hell
with the Western Culture of embracing gays. We will never ever accept this
form of unnatural illicit sexual behavior. God hates it and we ,too, hate
it and so is our beloved President

  26. The path to God is narrow and not easy I dont know all about this President
but he seems to fear God and not popular thought on this matter // “Do you
not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not
be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
homosexuals, norsodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor
revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.”—1 Corinthians
    6:9-10

  27. I like Museveni, Europeans are so pro gay, African’s we are thinking of
alleviating hunger and developing our nations, not building homosexuals
