  1. Typical*, not a single African American related issue. Something for
everyone but us. How about about a law enforcement reform agenda? Why are
the sufferings and wrongs against African Americans citizens so casually
overlooked by the party who garners 90% of our vote? This speech is perfect
example of how white progressives and liberals take African American voters
    for granted.

**While European immigrants were judged to be capable of being assimilated
into middle-class American society, many white settlement reformers viewed
African-Americans as incapable of entering mainstream American society,
which ultimately led to segregation of black settlement houses from white
    settlement houses for European immigrants.*

  2. I wouldn’t say i’m a progressive. but i support gay marriage or at least
for the government shouldn’t be able to say who can and who can’t get
married. but at same time they should stay out of the church,

i don’t understand the hobby lobby thing.

  3. I’m with you TDC . . . maybe she’s not ready to be president. Can fire us
up, but doesn’t mean she is ready to win and be president.

  4. If only all our politicians would fight for these things and work FOR
people instead of themselves and their rich corporate donors!

  5. Didn’t candidate Obama promise the same things in ’08? I want to trust Liz
Warren, but spineless Democrats always seem to get smacked around by the
Tea Party & the “Change” promised never happens.

  6. Let Elizabeth Warren say Israel has the right to Defend itself just like
Hilary, Obama and every other politican before them. Remember it was Obama
who said no matter what they do we the USA have Israels back, well, Israel
is boming civilians and Obama may? have strong words against the
bombings but it hasn’t stopped him from sending bombs and money that props
up those attacks in the first place. If Obama said he disagrees with the
Killing of Civilians and backed it up by not sending weapons etc to Israel
I would take him more seriously but his stand is the same as Warrens
but, if you think about it at present Warren is the less of a Hypocrite.
But anyway, her opinion on this crisis can change she used to be a
    Republican after all!

  7. She cannot be president, no way, not after saying the other day that she
supported the bombing of Gaza’s schools and hospitals …full of civilians.
So yeah, she needs to remain in the senate, working on these issues and
    chairing these important committees.
But nothing concerning foreign policy or military.

  8. There’s nothing even progressive about those points, they’re just common
    sense.

They’re 11 things EVERYONE should be fighting for.

  9. I don’t understand how anybody on earth could be opposed to the progressive
    agenda. It’s just common sense.
