  1. Yeah, hetero religious bigots like to claim they’re being persecuted.
Problem is, they’re not being discriminated against or persecuted.

  2. Segregation is back! (At least in Kansas) these assholes want to take away
just about any right that homosexuals have

  3. Kansas governor needs to have his legs cut off as punishment for his
ignorance and discrimination against other humans.

  4. This sounds to me like a hijacking of religion. No real follower of Jesus
could possibly come to the conclusion that we were supposed to discriminate
against gays or and group of people. The bigots in control of the
government seem to have a hateful agenda against gays and have tarnished
the reputation of Jesus and his real followers in the process.

  5. I want to yet again apoligize to the families I have ruined by me being
born a faggot. I never wished my horrid impact upon you nor wanted to cause
your marriage to fail, or whatever happened that the fag community is
    responsible for..

On behalf of the faggot commuity, I am sorry for our lives and how it has
impacted your self-centered, bigoted ways. It is a travisty that beings
which are other than the ones your narrow mind can construct continue to
exist, perhaps the Christian community can form a group that works to
exicute / remove the faggots and clense the world, God would love that sort
    of thing.

  6. I wouldnt go to a religious doctor anyway. I ALWAYS ask my doctors if they
believe in god and if they do I go to another doctor. I dont want someone
praying for me after they’ve accidentally nicked an artery during surgery.
I read a newspaper interview with a brain surgeon who was practicing
ramadan. He was fasting and getting very little sleep, only a few hours a
week AND HE WAS STILL PRACTICING SURGERY. Thats not only stupid its
    irresponsible.

  7. I believe this bullshit will backfire on them in a big way!
We don’t need these Nazi bastards like Rep. Lynn Luker!

  8. Even with the Gang of Four on board, I can’t see the Supremes upholding
either law under the 14th Amendment’s lowest level of scrutiny–there’s no
rational basis whatsoever. The proposed laws are way too broad to scurry
for protection under the 1st Amendment. So what are Idaho and Kansas
    thinking?

Nevada holds the dubious title of “Mississippi of the West.” If either of
these proposed laws made it out of the bill draft stage, they sure wouldn’t
make it out of committee. Time to pass our crown a little east.

  9. quote from Wiki :
” The Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Bill (often called the “Kill the Gays bill”
in the media due to the originally proposed death penalty
clauses)[1][2][3][4] was passed by the Parliament of Uganda on 20 December
2013 with the death penalty proposal dropped in favour of life in prison.
The bill must be signed by the President of Uganda before becoming
    law.[5][6]”
News : the law passed. In response, Europe offers asylum to gays from
    Uganda.
Update : I am sure Europe will also offer asylum to american gays. On one
condition – no second amendment bullshit :D

  10. This is way too far. What part of ‘separation of church and state’ don’t
people understand? I swear, Kansas is Texas’s twin.

  11. Now that I’ve thought about it, Doctor’s can’t refuse service because it
    would go against their oaths

  12. But if the reverse happens like a gay firefighter let’s a persons house
down because they are against homosexuals you know heads will roll.

  13. This is pretty extreme from any standpoint. Not to mention its probably
going to result in a rise in homosexuality, because they are going to get a
lot of sympathy (and hence supporters), from this and now you have more or
less slapped the word forbidden on it, which is going to make more people
want to try it. For the same reason, that alcohol and drugs got more
popular when they were banned. Pretty ironic seeing as they are trying to
    stop it huh?

  14. You know there’s trouble whenever you start legislating on the basis of
people’s “deeply held” beliefs. Newsflash, people can (and will) deeply
    believe any old fucking thing.

  15. i honestly believe that when you meet god at the gates of heaven he won’t
ask if you were gay or if you masturbated, but he will ask how many people
you helped how many naked you clothed how many sick you healed and how many
    hungry you fed

  16. It wouldn’t just affect gay couples, it affect people who are Muslim,
    atheist, etc. This is horrible.

  17. I can understand politely declining to to business with a same sex couple
because you wouldn’t feel comfortable supporting a same sex wedding. I
cannot understand denying hospital treatment and police protection because
    you don’t like gay people.

  18. America should just kick all the republican states out of the union! They
are a disgrace to the values of America, and it’s not like they’d be losing
    anything valuable!

  19. Imagine scientologist doctors refusing to prescribe medicine, buddhists
refusing to serve people wearing leather clothing, christians thrown out of
the ballpark for eating pork hahaha!
Once again we see the short sighted thinking of christian biggots in
    effect…
“We want religion back in schools”
    – Sure, let’s teach the children about mohammed and fsm…
“No, no, no! that’s not what we ment!”

  20. This is why religion is dangerous. This will extend to the poor because
they are lazy. It will extend to the type of music, lifestyle, finances you
name it, that is if we keep sitting back and allowing this madness.
Politicians use this to keep getting elected but it’s Christians agreeing
to this that’s the problem. They condemn Muslims because of a small
percentage of them being extreme. If Christians stay on their present path
in this country any non christian or tolerant christian might be in danger
    of attack or discrimination.

  21. These people are using discrimination to fight discrimination! Think about
it!?!?!?! That makes absolutely no fucking sense at all!!!! :-€

  22. This seems to me to be a supreme court case waiting to erupt about 5
seconds after the bill passes. Isn’t it unconstitutional to treat people as
inequal to others based on any criteria?

  23. They would probably use these laws to discriminate against atheists
too…or even people who aren’t creationists.

  24. this is the backlash i was worried about from winning the gay rights
battle, theyre scared and they know theyre losing, i look for the same
thing to happen in these extreme conservative states about marijuana
legalization. as states continue to make it legal you know there will be a
few that make some ridiculous law like this for having marijuana. these
things will happen but they will fade away, same thing happened when they
    started ending segregation.

  25. Legislated discrimination against a minority based on religious bias,
whatever happened to separation of church and state? The state is supposed
to be religion neutral thus allowing for freedom of religion. Next they
will be banning the sale of shell fish and God help people found eating
bacon …. This is a bad joke

  26. it proves the Republican party is anti freedom ., now the Gays then other
colours .,The USA is supposed to be a free country? Equal Rights?

  27. It has to pass. If it does, it is the will of the people. You are also
    talking about extreme examples.

  28. this disgusts me so deeply makes me sick to my stomach I hate this, the
fact is law blows my mined what year are we living in again??? 2014??
really!!!! and this law passed?? my head is spinning on this I can not rap
my mined around this law what ever happened to separation of church and
state what lope hole can they pass this through?? isn’t this treasonous???
this is so depressing =/ I hate religion so much these people do this and
think they are doing the right thing religion warps peoples mind’s and
people wonder why im and Atheist and wonder why I dislike religion, this
    makes my skin crawl

  29. A REAL Christian doctor/nurse would not tell a gay person to get out of the
hospital. They would just tell them to repent and if they don’t leave them
to be gay.only GOD will judge

  30. My heart breaks for the suffering of Gay Americans and Gay people all
around the world. We can’t let it continue. It’s inhuman.

  31. *Wish they would pass a bill banning these crazy shit religious cults !*
*Then that would be the only time they really cry persecution*

  32. i hate this this is not ok this is hate this is a law that is hiding the
hate crime and teachers can do this to just kick you out what then we get
are own school this is what hapend to the jews and blacks realy know gay
and trans people realy this is just ughhhh

  33. Lynn Luker has withdrawn the proposal of the bill just recently. I don’t
know anything about federal law in the US, I’m not an American, but I’m
sure that bill is 100% unconstitutional with respect to the first
    amendment.
