2. different strategies for different occasions. in this case, she was in a
   position to simply stop and leave if the audience is disrupting her speech.

4. I’ll catch hell from people on “my side” of the political fence, in my
   opinion she hit the ball out of the park and shut the heckler down.
   Hecklers are like youtube trolls, you don’t deal with them you shut them
   down.
