  7. Thanks for replying b/c I really wanted to know since I use paypal every
    chance I can. I guess if I started a biz, I`d stay away from PP, but as a
    consumer I like it b/c I haven`t heard of problems from the consumer side,
    but ebay has lots of consumer ripoffs & problems & I imagine seller
    problems too.
