Eric Trump Upset TikTokers Are Trolling Trump’s ‘Voter Fraud’ Hotline With Prank Calls

TikTok users are once again trolling President Donald Trump, this time by calling into a hotline for voter fraud launched by his campaign, to make outrageously false, and often silly, reports to clog the lines.

The hilarity began this weekend when Trump administration officials and the president’s adult sons, took to social media asking anyone with suspicions or evidence of voter fraud to call a specific hotline number.

“Help stop voter suppression, irregularities and fraud,” read a post on Twitter promoting the hotline from Trump’s son Eric Trump. “Tell us what you’re seeing.”

The Internet responded to the hotline as one might expect: with maximum trolling.

ABC News was first to report that staffers at the campaign’s Arlington, Virginia, headquarters have been inundated with prank calls—and that recordings of those calls have become a popular trend on short-form video sharing social media platform TikTok.

One user, for example, recorded her call in which she quoted CNN’s Anderson Cooper, saying she found an “obese turtle” overturned on is back in the sun.

Another claimed to have seen individuals “literally spreading poop” on their ballots.

Others played the anti-Trump rap, “Fu*k Donald Trump” when someone picked up.

Another prankster told the Trump campaign that she was a voter in Georgia, “in line to vote, and there was this guy there… and he challenged me to a fiddle contest?” while playing “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” in the background.

When some pranksters tried to report Republican examples of voter fraud, they reported being hung up on:

Eric Trump was furious with all the prank calls, taking to Twitter to complain: “The @DNC is spamming our voter fraud hotline to bog down the thousands of complaints we are receiving! Wonder what they have to hide.”

Twitter ruthlessly mocked Eric on Tuesday when he bizarrely encouraged Minnesota Trump supporters to get out and vote one week after the election had ended.

“Minnesota get out and vote!!!” Trump wrote in a tweet that was hastily deleted shortly after being published.
