You are absolutely right in the fact that we do not live in a theocracy style dictatorship. Even God himself has given man a free will to choose his own choices. With that God has pointed out right from wrong. And when we shake our fist at God and tell him what's right and wrong we soon learn of God's discipline. I believe the Bible when it states that there is a heaven and there is a hell which is a lake of fire. Homosexuals who do not repent of their ways will end up in the lake of fire
