It was so difficult for my Brother to find someone to marry him and his husband. I'm so happy this amendment happened. Ultimately, they found someone willing to do so. They had my dad do the service (because he is not registered as a marriage officer). This is so big! I didn't realise this happend, thank you for sharing!
