I’m from Russia, and this is offensive because it’s the president of Russia
that did that, not actual Russia so don’t hate Russia just hate the
president. There are 143 million people in Russia, not all of them are bad.

This is a very odd example but here goes anyway, if you have two eggs, one
is gay the other straight, they may be different e.g one is scrambled the
other boiled but crack them open and they are both the same inside! What
kind of world do we live in where people are being arrested, assaulted and

I agree with you to an extent. I live in Milan, Italy, and it is quite a
gay-friendly city in a VERY homophobic country. Nonetheless, I have faith
in a restricted group of people (for example my friends), and I think they
can make a difference. My best friend is half-Russian, and she’s totally
against Putin and his laws. So I think you should watch the olympics in
support for the gay community in Russia, and for all the people (like my
friend) who think that what their country is doing is messed up. (Btw, love
your videos, you just gained an Italian subscriber!) 🙂
Don’t be stupid. Instead of messing with a country you’ve never been in,
you must think of what happens in your country. I’m sure it’s not
absolutely perfect. Do something REALLY helpful.

why are people disgusted by russia! why r u pissed AT russia. I’m angry at
the people who helped pass the law, and i feel bad for the people living in
russia. It’s like saying I hate America for DOMA or PROP 8. Most of the
russia people under the law didn’t have anything to do with it passing
have sex at itself gays. if you feel sorry for gays from Russia – why to
you not to invite them to yourself – we will be glad if they aren’t in
Russia. we have other outlooks on life. why you don’t discuss Saudi Arabia
or Qatar – there too don’t love gays (there women can’t drive the car)? or
you have a prejudiced relation to Russia?
I know it’s a long shot, but see if you can start a campaign or something
to change the location of the Winter Olympics. Perhaps to Canada.

I understand exactly where you’re going with this and I myself will not
watch the Olympics. I will not support people in a country where there is
so much wrong and they choose to ignore it.
You make it sound like the “masculanisation” of Russia was an achievement.
I don’t think you realise just how much the entire planet hates Russia.

You’re supposed to hate Russia – they won’t hand over Snowden – however,
there ARE things you can do. First, Russia is getting lots of support from
American churches for any anti-gay laws they pass (and American churches
are over there ADVOCATING) so do something about those churches which
starts much closer to where you live. Meanwhile, the USA government is
sending arms to homophobic Islamic extremists in an attempt to topple a
secular Syria. If they win it’ll be slaughter time for gays.
I very well do, my friend. And as in the usual business, where nothing or
anyone plays 100% right, we must choose the LESS-WRONG side. Unless you’re
an orphan of the Soviet Union or blind to its bloody past, I believe you’ll
agree i’m on the less-wrong side. 🙂

exterminating people. I personally hate both sides. But Assad, at the
moment seems to be the lesser of the two evils. He is a benign tumor, while
the islamists are a malignant cancer. Assad’s regime is at least secular
and was stable in terms of rivalry. With islamists it is reckless and
irresponsible.

Nicholas Cummings, former APA president, and you I’ll understand what I’m
talking about. This is funny that I even didn’t say that I support
psychiatrists who steel think that homosexuality is mental disorder and
some idiots became acting aggressively just because I said so. Now it’s
clears to me that gays hate not only freedom of faith, but also freedom of
thought and hate everyone who has opposite view ))
